Johnson City Man Charged With Reckless Endangerment

On Monday, May 25, Johnson City Police arrested a man for recklessly endangering family members when he lost control of his car.

Dayton Fulwiler, 23, 503 Hamilton Street, Johnson City was arrested and charged with four counts of felony reckless endangerment.

Fulwiler, while traveling with his pregnant girlfriend, his 15-year-old niece and a young boy, lost control of his car. According to police reports he was speeding in the gravel alley between E. Myrtle Avenue and E. Fairview Avenue when he lost control of his car and hit a utility pole.

Fulwiler is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $40,000 bond and will appear in General Sessions court on May 26 at 1:30 p.m.
