Police say a Johnson City man will appear in court today, after they say his two Pit Bulls attacked another dog.
Johnson City Police arrested Michael Johns, 23, and charged him with Aggravated Animal Cruelty. According to police, he let his two Pit Bulls into the same fenced in lot where they both attacked a dog belonging to Robert Rineer Jr. and Deborah Johns.
Police say Johns had been told repeatedly not to put all of the dogs together in the same area.
Johns will appear in General Sessions Court at the Downtown Centre in Johnson City at 1:30 p.m. today.
