Re-Examine Climate Change

»  Comments | Post a Comment

I must wholeheartedly agree with John Hanson’s comments on global warming in the letters to the editor column July 15.

Mark Levin’s great new bestseller, “Liberty & Tyranny – a Conservative Manifesto,” outlines how the lie that man is the cause of global warming is utterly and totally false. There are 31,000 true scientists who dispute this totally unfounded theory. Naturally the media and those with a political agenda ignore all facts and their pseudo-scientists whose livelihoods depend on maintaining his theory are “stickin’ by their story” no matter what the facts are.

It is just another socialist method of taking away the liberties of individual Americans and hamstringing out industry while the countries of India and China refuse to take part in any of these schemes. If there is pollution, they are number one and number two while America has made great strides in the last 20 years to clean up our act.

The cap & trade bill, contrary to what our politicians are telling us, is expected to greatly increase energy costs to every American in the home and on the road and make America less competitive in the world.

It’s just another unproven and improbable theory like evolution. Ironically, these very same ideologists who are now screaming “the sky is falling” over “global warming” were the same ones who a few years ago were predicting that the world was heading for a horrifying global ice age. Strangely enough, that never happened, just as the so-called “facts” about global warming are not true.

Thanks be to an almighty and all-knowing God in heaven in control of the laws of nature that are little affected by man’s feeble efforts on this planet.
