* An evicted tenant reported that her landlord damaged her refrigerator while moving it to the curb.
July 1
* A determined woman stood on Broad Street shouting toward the building in which her estranged husband was with another woman. The man told police they have been separated since December.
* Police arrested a man staggering down State Street when they noticed he smelled strongly of alcohol, had slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. He, however, said he had not been drinking.
* A woman reported that her husband, whom she has an active order of protection against, came to her house belligerently drunk, started yelling and then threw things around the apartment. Only it was his house, too, because she “felt sorry” for him several months ago and let him move back in. He was arrested for violating the order.

July 1
* A seemingly drunk man on a bicycle was spotted near the train tracks on Martin Luther King Boulevard.
* A Second Street woman pawned her car for $150 to get her husband out of jail. She notified police when the other party declined to give the car back after she repaid her debt.
* Page Street residents noticed a strange man with a black hood roaming the neighborhood for a week or so. They reported it to police when he was hiding in the bushes of the empty house next door.
