The numbers are now in, and TennCare officials say they've set a record for exposing fraud against the state public health care system for the month of December, and for all of 2008.
The Office of the Inspector General for the agency says they've made 35 arrests during the month of December, and 262 arrests for 2008.
The Office of the Inspector General also says they've made 867 arrests, and have recovered more than $2.6 million dollars for TennCare since 2005.
