Tens of thousands of power customers across the Tri-Cities region were without power Saturday night. But Lee County Va. is in particularly bad shape -- more than 70-percent of residents can't even turn on a light bulb.

Jonesville, Va. -- Tens of thousands of power customers across the Tri-Cities region were without power Saturday night.

But Lee County Va. is in particularly bad shape -- more than 70-percent of residents can't even turn on a light bulb.

Dispatchers said four locations will serve as shelters until further notice:

1. Dryden Elementary (Dryden, Va.)
2. Pennington Rescue Station (Pennington Gap, Va.)
3. Thomas Walker High School (Rose Hill, Va.)
4. Jonesville Middle School (Jonesville, Va.)
