A Kingsport Police Department investigation netted three drug arrests at Model City Apartments.
Police arrested Kingsport residents Casandra Haynes, Thedric Williams and a juvenile all on drug charges.
Police say they found marijuana, scales, baggies and a smoking pipe in Haynes' apartment. According to police, Williams walked into the apartment in possession of marijuana during the investigation. Police also say a juvenile also came into the apartment during the investigation with marijuana.
Haynes is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling where illegal drugs are sold, stored or used. Williams is charged with possession of marijuana. The juvenile is charged with possession of marijuana for resale and resisting arrest.
