We have over $12 trillion in debt and the number is rising daily. Congress will try to raise the debt ceiling for the country. This is destructive.
Virginia’s debt is over $3.8 billion. How are Wise County school officials thinking they can consolidate our schools?
Our country has never been in worse condition and Congress is solely to blame.
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, who received bailout money, has contributed money to Chris Dodd, Barney Frank and others. Fannie and Freddie weren’t the only failures to make huge donations and sweetheart deals to lawmakers who are really lawbreakers.
Seniors have lost their cost of living increases for two years while members of Congress voted themselves a raise.
The health care reform they are trying to push down our throats is detrimental to our sovereignty. It is the health care plan that was formed by Hillary Clinton and was defeated in the Senate in 1993.
Harry Reid wants to use the “nuclear option” in order to pass this delusional bill in the Senate. The “nuclear option” would pass the bill by a vote of only 51 senators or a 50-50 tie with Joe Biden casting the tie-breaking vote. God help us if this happens.
Obama said he would go back to the Clinton administration and he has by giving many Clinton cabinet members jobs in his administration.
We have to bring this nation that was created under God back to God or we won’t survive. America grew fast in only 233 years. It can go down faster if we give up and allow it to happen.

Writer calls Medicare
plan a trick for seniors
Listen up, President Obama, and all of you clueless congressional clowns. I want a refund of all the money I have paid into Medicare for decades. Why? Because, in the grossest form of class warfare, you have essentially dropped me from the Medicare rolls due to my age, a system I have left virtually unused. Your extreme divisiveness knows no limits, as with all tyrants. Henceforth we should call your operation the Big Con and you Terminator Two.
You plan to cut $500 billion from Medicare for seniors who would need medical assistance but would no longer qualify by profiled age limits. Millions of seniors in need will thus fit the ow-cost Obamacare aspirin cure.
Sarah Palin was on target with her Death Panel designation. Older folks in desperate need of help will be tossed aside so as not to burden the system. While this might appear to be a violation of your Marxist dogma – to each according to his needs – it really isn’t because a pseudo medico bureaucrat will determine our need at the lowest cost possible.
Just as the Democrat politicos have brazenly squandered the Social Security Trust Fund, you have broken faith with us who have paid into Medicare for decades with the intent of continuing to pay and continuing to be covered. Not so under Obamacare.
So, my good fortune to have been healthy is deemed my fair share. I should quietly crawl into a corner and cower like a proper peasant while you destroy the finest medical system the world has ever seen. I won’t. A pox on your house of legalized thieves. You and your cabal of crooked cronies will be out of office; think the New Jersey and Virginia governorships.
