Johnson City Police Department arrested 32-year old Timothy J. Morrow and charged him with one count of Aggravated Robbery.
Police say Morrow robbed a person on December 5 in the area of W. Maple Street and Earnest Street.
According to the report filed by the victim, Morrow allegedly threatened the victim with a knife and took money from his jacket pocket by force.
He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $50,000.00 bond.
