Greene Co., Tenn. -- Greene Co. Sheriff, Steve Burns, tells 11 Connects that his department has 47 year-old Leonard Hill, of 4100 Fish Hatchery Road, Mohawk, Tenn., in custody. Hill is a suspect for the homicide of 20 year-old Kimberly M. Presley, of 1215 Buffalo Trail, Morristown, Tenn.
Greene County investigators recovered Presley's body at Exit 4 of Interstate 81, in Jefferson Co., Tenn., just after 8 p.m. Saturday night. They were led to this recovery based on their investigation. They are working with Jefferson and Hamblen Counties for more information. They believe the homicide was committed at Hill's home at 4100 Fish Hatchery Road, and the body was transported to the side of the highway, where it was recovered.
Sheriff Burns says that Hill and Presley had a previous relationship.
11 Connects will bring more information as it becomes available.
