Last I checked, there was a commandment against bearing false witness, yet one of the presidential candidates has misled and outright lied to us and condoned the same behavior from his campaign and proponents. Most recently he condemned the disastrous financial practices that deregulation allowed to run rampant. That is the same deregulation he supported. These practices will cost us – you, me, our families, and our friends – a fortune in tax dollars and service cuts. And there may be even worse to come. But despite his condemnation, he still says deregulation was a good idea!
So before you make your decision, please make sure the candidate you choose reflects your values and has your best interests and those of the country at heart.
