Kingsport Police and Tennessee Highway Patrol are on the scene of two accidents along I-26. Kingsport Police dispatchers tell Your Tri-Cities News Source the accidents were called in around 7:05. They are both between Rock Springs road and the interstate 81 interchange.

Eyewitnesses and callers into the News Channel 11 news room say traffic is at a crawl as officers and troopers work to clear the scene.
