Tennessee State Representative Democrat Nathan Vaughn of Kingsport and Republican challenger Tony Shipley will go face to face on many issues in a debate set for Monday night.
Vaughn is the democratic incumbent and the lone democrat representing far Northeast Tennessee.
Republican challenger Shipley is a second district Tennessee House of Representatives seat.
Monday night’s debate will be the first of three forums between the two men.
The debate takes place Monday night at 7 p.m. at Dobyns-Bennett High School.
