Robin Quillen, President of Ferrel Friends in Greene County, is mom to a lot of Greene County's animals. She sees first-hand what can happen when animals are not spayed and neutered. "I have a dog down here that I picked up yesterday that was going to be euthanized last Friday. Big light blue eyes, beautiful animal, sweet," said Quillen. She says the county has way too many stray animals. Greene County Animal Control says it has picked up the most animals ever this year. Many of these animals end up in Quillen's care. For that reason, she is working to pass a law mandating pet owners get their pets spayed or neutered. But, not everybody likes the idea. To find out why, click play above.
