ABINGDON, Va. – After former Damascus Police Chief Tony Richardson’s attorney filed three motions in his client’s drugs case today, the trial was continued to July 14-16.
Richardson faces 16 drug-related charges after his arrest last June that stemmed from several months of investigation.
The motions will be heard June 23.
