Laura Insardi tried to rob the Movie Gallery on South Roan Street Sunday afternoon, Johnson City Police said.
A Movie Gallery employee told the staff of News Channel 11, the suspect was not armed.
Police recieved the call around 1:25 p.m. About and hour later, Insardi tried to rob the subway on Oakland Avenue, police said.
She was driving a blue 1988 Ford Mustang, police said.
