Jonesborough, Tenn. -- Criminal Court Judge Lynn Brown will choose jurors from outside Washington County when Howard Hawk Willis' double-murder trial begins next month. Brown said he will not reveal the county jurors will be drawn from until July 10th -- the day jury selection is scheduled to begin.

Willis returned to Jonesborough for another motions hearing Tuesday.

Last month, Willis said he recorded a phone call from jail, and that recording proved he was innocent.

A Washington County jailer told the court that phone call does not exist.

Willis said he would file additional appeals.
