The Johnson City Police Department has concluded an investigation into illegal activities involving Prostitution and related crimes. The investigation concluded with the arrest of eleven subjects engaging in Prostitution and those illegally using the services of Prostitutes.
The following were arrested:
John Fogaros, 59, 108 ½ Wilson Ave., charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
James Ogle, Jr., 51, 108 ½ Wilson Ave., charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
William Abercrombie, 48, 2701 S. Roan St., charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
Shannon Curtis, 46, 875 Old State Route 34, Jonesborough, charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
James Nelson, 64, 240 Woodmont, Jonesborough, charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
Donald Hale, 56, 889 Troublesome Hollow, Bluff City, charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
Robert Shelton, 62, 1660 Rice Creek Rd, Flag Pond, charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
McKinley Pugh, 58, 153 Jim Elliott Rd, Elizabethton, charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
Donna Westerveld, 53, 231 W. Main St, charged with Prostitution.
J. Peterson, 500 Brook Dale Dr, Piney Flats, charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
Mark Wilds, 46, 6045 Erwin Hwy, Chucky, charged with Patronizing Prostitution.
All persons have an appearance scheduled in Washington County General Sessions Court.
This investigation focused on areas of reported activity and additional related arrests are expected.
