Most Tri-Cities roads are either dry or rain covered today, but freezing rain caused slick travel conditions in the Keokee community of Lee County, Virginia, dispatchers said.

Fears of freezing rain prompted a 90 minute delay for Scott County, Virginia schools this morning.

Rain rolled into the Tri-Cities before dawn, and most communities were above freezing. But dispatchers got reports of ice in the Keokee community of Lee County caused by freezing rain.
