Twenty-eight year-old Jason Austin is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Brian Ricker outside the Days Inn back in 2005.

August 2007 A jury found Austin's alleged accomplice, Danny Greene, guilty of second degree murder in Ricker's death.
