HRC to offer "Making the Most of Your Seafood Catch"

The Health Resources Center, Johnson City Medical Center’s outreach facility in The Mall at Johnson City, will offer a free class, “Making the Most of Your Seafood Catch,” on Friday, Nov. 16 from noon to 1 p.m. with speakers Jessica Broyles and Jen Vaughn, ETSU dietetic interns.


Whether you made a real catch or just caught a good deal at the grocery, follow these tips to make the most of your seafood selection – including methods for choosing the freshest catch, handling and freezing, thawing and tasty preparation guidelines. Recipes will be provided.
