The Health Resources Center, Johnson City Medical Center’s outreach facility in The Mall at Johnson City, will offer a free class, “How to Survive as a Patient in the World of Managed Care,” on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Annex Classroom with speaker Dr. Richard Reed.
