The Health Resources Center, Johnson City Medical Center’s outreach facility in The Mall at Johnson City, will offer a free class, “Knee or Hip Pain?” on Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 2-3:30 p.m. with speakers Misty Spano, RN, and Chris Brackett, RN.
Do you suffer from knee or hip pain? Join us to learn more about causes, management, the latest treatment options, plus information on medications, nutrition and exercises to ease the pain. The class will meet in the Annex Classroom.
