Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of dark chocolate chips
4 cups of toasted almonds
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring Directions Pour 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips into a large heat proof bowl. Set the microwave for 50% or medium power and melt the chocolate for 1 minute.
Remove bowl from microwave and stir with wooden spoon to ensure all chocolate chips are melted. If the chips are not melted, microwave for another 10 seconds and stir again. Repeat the 10 second heating and stirring until chocolate is smooth.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper.
Add almond flavoring and almonds to the chocolate and gently stir to coat completely.
Drop one by one or clusters of 3 onto the waxed paper. Work quickly to avoid chocolate getting too hard.
Cool in refrigerator until harden.
Place in airtight container until ready to serve.
