HILTONS, Va. – Artist Linda Burkett shows her art work on consignment at the Clinch Mountain Arts & Crafts in Gate City.
Burkett’s “Holston By Design” business also specializes in creating characters celebrating Christmas customs from around the world.
On Nov. 20-22, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Burkett is hosting an open house at her home studio at 6474 Bristol Hwy. (U.S. Highway 58), near Hiltons, Va.
Burkett’s 200-year-old log home sits just off the road, between the McMurray Grocery at Bruno and the North Fork of the Holston River bridge near Hilton Elementary School.
