BRISTOL, Tenn. – “Timeless ... A Tribute to the Paramount Center for the Arts” is a fundraiser saluting the downtown Bristol venue.
The event will be a gathering of musicians, artists, vocalists and dancers from the region, as well as from Boston and Chicago, and will take place on Feb. 22 at 2:30 p.m.
Hosted by the Highlands Ballet of Abingdon, Va, this musical journey will offer music ranging from bluegrass to the Beatles, Gershwin to Celtic, rhythm and blues, Pink Floyd and more.
Musicians donating their talents include: Annie Robinette, Sandra Parker, Clay Prewitt, Lindsey Blackwell, Claiborne Woodall, Audrey Mallory, Old Fat and Slow, Fire in the Kitchen and Keith Brown. Exhibits in the lobby will be offered by artist Lisa Boardwine, photographer David Patton and jewelry creations by Judy Grubb. After the show, patrons may join the performers and the artists in the lobby for refreshments.
All proceeds will be donated to the Paramount Center in appreciation for its “Timeless” support for the arts, both performing and visual. Reserve tickets by calling (423) 274-8920.
