Milligan College and the Associated Ladies for Milligan (ALM) host the fourth annual Festival of the Seasons today from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the college's Derthick Hall.
The festival offers Tri-Cities holiday shoppers an opportunity to get a jump start on the season before the Thanksgiving and Christmas shopping rush. Browse local art, jewelry, crafts and food vendors such as Chocolate Elegance of Gray, and even enter to win a miniature chocolate house.
