- When police arrived on Broad Street for a reportedly vandalized vehicle, the guy there told them “there was no damage to his vehicle, but that it wouldn’t start.” He said that “it started earlier, then quit on him so he left it in the driveway and now it won’t start at all.” This he blamed on “a neighbor.” Officers found said neighbor “who stated he had been with his children and parents all day.” Police mentioned that “no vandalism was observed.”
